위원회의 위원, 제14조에 따른 전문위원회의 위원(이하 "전문위원"이라 한다), 자문위원 및 지원조직의 직원, 그 직에 있었던 자 및 위원회에 파견되거나 위원회의 위촉에 의하여 위원회의 업무를 수행하거나 수행하였던 자는 그 직무상 알게 된 비밀을 누설하여서는 아니된다. <개정 2026.1.27>
