할부거래에 관한 법률 제4조(다른 법률과의 관계)

할부거래 및 선불식 할부거래에서의 소비자보호와 관련하여 이 법과 다른 법률이 경합하여 적용되는 경우에는 이 법을 우선하여 적용한다. 다만, 다른 법률을 적용하는 것이 소비자에게 유리한 경우에는 그 법률을 적용한다.
