할부거래에 관한 법률 제31조의2(설립인가의 취소 등)

① 공정거래위원회는 공제조합이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우 그 설립인가를 취소할 수 있다. 다만, 제1호에 해당하는 경우에는 그 설립인가를 취소하여야 한다.

② 공정거래위원회는 제1항에 따라 공제조합의 설립인가를 취소하면 즉시 그 사실을 공고하여야 한다.

(2) When웬 the^ð더 Fair^f페어 Trade트^r레이드 Commission커미션 revokes^r리^v보우크스 the^ð디 authorization오^θ써^r러제이션 of어^v브 establishment이스태블리시먼트 of어^v브 a어 mutual뮤추얼 aid에이드 association어소우시에이션 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1), it잇 shall섈 immediately이미디어틀리 give기^v브 public퍼블릭 notice노우티스 of어^v브 that^ð댓 fact.^f팩트

③ 공정거래위원회는 제1항에 따라 공제조합의 설립인가를 취소하는 경우 다른 공제조합을 지정하여 취소의 대상이 되는 공제조합이 체결한 제27조제1항제4호에 따른 공제계약을 이전받도록 권고할 수 있다.

④ 선불식 할부거래업자는 제1항에 따라 공제조합의 설립인가가 취소되어 공제계약이 해지된 경우 시ㆍ도지사에게 소비자피해보상보험계약등의 체결에 대한 이행계획을 즉시 제출하여야 한다.
