할부거래에 관한 법률 시행령 제32조(사업자단체의 등록)

① 법 제45조제1항에 따라 등록하려는 사업자단체는 총리령으로 정하는 신청서에 다음 각 호의 사항을 적어 공정거래위원회에 제출하여야 한다.

(1) A어 trade트^r레이드 association어소우시에이션 that^ð댓 intends인텐즈 to투 register^r레지스터 under언더 Article아터클 45 (1) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 shall섈 submit서브밋 to투 the^ð더 Fair^f페어 Trade트^r레이드 Commission커미션 an앤 application애플러케이션 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Ordinance오더넌스 of어^v브 the^ð더 Prime프^r라임 Minister미너스터 stating스테이팅 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉

② 제1항에 따른 신청서에는 정관과 다음 각 호에 관한 자료를 첨부하여야 한다.

(2) The^ð디 application애플러케이션 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) shall섈 be비 accompanied어컴퍼니드 by바이 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation인코퍼^r레이션 and앤드 materials머티^r리얼즈 on안 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉

③ 법 제45조제1항에 따라 등록한 사업자단체는 제1항제1호부터 제4호까지, 제6호 및 제7호와 제2항 각 호의 사항이 변경된 경우에는 그 변경사항이 발생한 날부터 20일 이내에 공정거래위원회에 통보하여야 한다.
