할부거래에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제13조(사업자단체의 등록)

법 제45조제1항 및 영 제32조에 따라 등록하려는 사업자단체는 별지 제12호서식의 사업자단체 등록신청서를 공정거래위원회에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2016.1.25>
