한식진흥법 제18조(권한 등의 위임ㆍ위탁)

① 이 법에 따른 농림축산식품부장관의 권한은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 일부를 특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ특별자치시장ㆍ도지사 또는 특별자치도지사에게 위임할 수 있다.

② 이 법에 따른 농림축산식품부장관의 업무는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 일부를 진흥원과 그 밖의 한식 관련 기관이나 단체에 위탁할 수 있다.
