한부모가족지원법 시행령 제19조(부정수급자에 대한 비용의 징수)

① 법 제25조의2제1항에 따라 지원기관이 부정수급자로부터 징수하는 비용은 징수대상 비용 전액으로 하되, 부정수급자가 2인 이상인 경우에는 부정수급자의 수로 나눈 금액을 각각 징수한다. <개정 2014.7.21>

② 지원기관은 비용을 징수하는 경우에는 30일 이상의 기한을 정하여 부정수급자에게 납부통지(부정수급자가 원하는 경우에는 전자문서에 의한 통지를 포함한다)를 하여야 한다. <개정 2014.7.21>
