누구든지 주관단체로 오인할 수 있는 명칭을 사용하지 못하며, 주관단체의 동의 없이 주관단체가 정한 수용품 및 표지를 제작ㆍ사용할 수 없다.
No one may use a name that may be mistaken for the leading organization, and no one may produce or use supplies and emblems determined by the leading organization without its consent.
