한국환경공단법 제7조(임원의 임명)

① 이사장은 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」제29조에 따른 임원추천위원회(이하 이 조에서 "임원추천위원회"라 한다)가 복수로 추천한 사람 중에서 기후에너지환경부장관의 제청으로 대통령이 임명한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

③ 비상임이사는 임원추천위원회가 복수로 추천한 사람 중에서 기후에너지환경부장관이 임명한다. 다만, 당연직 비상임이사의 경우는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2012.5.23, 2025.10.1>

④ 감사는 임원추천위원회가 복수로 추천하여 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」 제8조에 따른 공공기관운영위원회의 심의ㆍ의결을 거친 사람 중에서 재정경제부장관의 제청으로 대통령이 임명한다. <개정 2012.5.23, 2025.10.1>
