한국해운조합법 제9조(조합의 설립)

① 조합을 설립하려면 조합원이 될 수 있는 자격을 가진 자의 3분의 2 이상의 동의를 받아야 한다.

② 조합의 창립총회는 조합원이 될 자격이 있는 자로서 조합 설립에 동의한 자의 3분의 2 이상의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고 출석자 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다. 다만, 정관 작성과 임원 선임(選任)에 관한 사항은 출석자의 3분의 2 이상의 찬성이 있어야 한다.

③ 창립총회에서 설립에 동의한 자는 다른 동의자를 대리인으로 하여 그 의결권을 행사할 수 있다.

④ 창립총회에서는 정관의 작성, 사업계획의 책정, 임원의 선임, 그 밖에 필요한 사항을 결정하여야 한다.

(4) At앳 the^ð디 inaugural이노거^r럴 general제너^r럴 meeting,미팅 the^ð더 drawing드^r로잉 up업 of어^v브 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation,인코퍼^r레이션 establishment이스태블리시먼트 of어^v브 a어 business비즈니스 plan,플랜 election일렉션 of어^v브 officers,오^f퍼서즈 and앤드 other어^ð더 necessary네서세^r리 matters매터즈 shall섈 be비 decided.디사이디드

⑤ 창립총회가 끝나면 지체 없이 해양수산부장관에게 정관을 제출하고, 설립인가를 받아야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

(5) Upon어판 the^ð더 close클로우스 of어^v브 the^ð디 inaugural이노거^r럴 general제너^r럴 meeting,미팅 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation인코퍼^r레이션 shall섈 be비 submitted서브미티드 to투 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Oceans오우션즈 and앤드 Fisheries^f피셔^r리즈 without위^ð다웃 delay딜레이 and앤드 authorization오^θ써^r러제이션 of어^v브 establishment이스태블리시먼트 shall섈 be비 obtained.어브테인드
