한국해운조합법 제17조(소집 요구)

① 조합원은 조합원의 5분의 1 이상의 동의를 받아 소집의 목적과 이유를 적은 서면을 제출하여 회장에게 총회의 소집을 요구할 수 있다. <개정 2016.5.29>

② 회장은 제1항에 따른 요구를 받으면 그 요구를 받은 날부터 10일 이내에 총회를 소집하여야 한다.

(2) Upon어판 receiving^r러시^v빙 a어 demand디맨드 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1), the^ð더 Chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 the^ð더 general제너^r럴 meeting미팅 within위^ð딘 10 days데이즈 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 date데잇 of어^v브 receiving^r러시^v빙 the^ð더 demand.디맨드

③ 회장이 제2항에 따른 기간 내에 정당한 이유 없이 총회를 소집하지 아니할 때에는 정관으로 정하는 순서에 따라 감사가 그 기간이 끝난 날부터 5일 이내에 총회를 소집하여야 한다.

④ 제3항의 경우에는 그 감사가 의장의 직무를 수행한다.

(4) In인 the^ð더 case케이스 of어^v브 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (3), the^ð디 auditor오디터 shall섈 perform퍼^f폼 the^ð더 duties두티즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 chair.체어
