한국해양진흥공사법 제6조(주식)

① 공사의 자본은 주식으로 분할한다.

② 공사에 대하여 정부가 출자한 주식의 주주권은 해양수산부장관이 재정경제부장관과 협의하여 행사한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

③ 제1항에 따라 공사가 발행할 주식의 종류, 1주의 금액, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 정관으로 정한다.
