Korea Institute of Ocean Science and Technology Act, Article 16 (Appointment and Dismissal of Employees)
해양과기원의 직원은 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 원장이 임면한다.
Employees of the Institute shall be appointed and dismissed by the president, as determined by the articles of incorporation.
