Korea Land and Housing Corporation Act, Article 26-3 (Compliance Monitoring Officer)

① 공사는 소속 임직원이 공공개발사업 추진 과정에서 개발정보를 이용하여 위법ㆍ부당한 거래행위 및 투기행위를 하였는지 여부를 감시하기 위하여 준법감시관을 둔다.

② 제1항에 따른 준법감시관은 감사 관련 업무에 5년 이상의 경험이 있는 사람 중에서 사장이 임명한다. 다만, 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람은 준법감시관으로 임명할 수 없다.
