한국청소년연맹 육성에 관한 법률 제4조(국유재산ㆍ공유재산의 대부 및 시설지원 등)

① 국가 또는 지방자치단체는 한국청소년연맹의 육성을 위하여 필요한 경우에는 「국유재산법」 또는 「공유재산 및 물품 관리법」 등의 규정에도 불구하고 국유재산ㆍ공유재산, 학교시설 및 군사시설을 그 용도에 지장을 주지 아니하는 범위에서 무상으로 대부 또는 양여하거나 사용ㆍ수익하게 할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 무상으로 대부 또는 양여하거나 사용ㆍ수익하게 하는 경우에 그 내용과 조건은 해당 재산의 중앙관서의 장 또는 지방자치단체의 장과 한국청소년연맹 간의 계약에 따른다.
