한국철도공사법 시행령 제20조(국유재산의 무상대부 등)

①법 제14조제1항의 규정에 의한 국유재산의 무상사용ㆍ수익은 당해 국유재산관리청의 허가에 의하며, 무상대부의 조건 및 절차 등에 관하여는 당해 국유재산관리청과 공사간의 계약에 의한다.

②국유재산의 무상대부 또는 무상사용ㆍ수익에 관하여 법 및 이 영에 규정된 것외에는 국유재산법의 규정에 의한다.
