한국지방재정공제회법 제13조(임원의 직무)

① 이사장은 공제회를 대표하고 총회의 의장과 운영위원회의 위원장이 되며, 공제회의 운영과 사무를 총괄한다.

② 이사는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 공제회의 업무를 나누어 맡으며, 이사장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 직무를 대행한다.

③ 감사는 공제회의 회계와 직무 집행사항을 감사(監査)한다.

(3) The^ð디 auditor오디터 shall섈 audit오딧 the^ð디 accounting어카운팅 and앤드 execution엑서큐션 of어^v브 duties두티즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 Association.어소우시에이션

④ 감사는 제3항에 따른 감사 결과 부정 또는 불비한 사항이 있는 것을 발견한 때에는 총회에 이를 보고하여야 한다.
