Enforcement Decree of the Korea Housing Finance Corporation Act, Article 23 (Scope of Accessory Obligations)
법 제38조제2항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 종속채무"란 다음 각 호에 해당하는 금액의 합계액을 말한다.

1. 공사가 신용보증채무를 이행할 때까지의 주채무의 약정기간에 적용되는 이자율에 따른 이자

2. 채권자가 채권 회수를 위하여 지출한 비용 중 사장이 정하는 비용
