교수ㆍ부교수 또는 조교수가 단과대학의 장, 단과대학 소속 학과의 장, 대학원의 장, 대학원 소속 학과의 장, 부속시설등의 장 또는 하부조직의 장을 겸직하는 경우에는 교수ㆍ부교수 또는 조교수의 봉급ㆍ기말수당 및 정근수당 총액의 일정 비율을 기준으로 해당 연도에 계상(計上)된 예산의 범위에서 총장이 정하는 기준에 따라 보직(補職) 수행에 필요한 경비를 지급할 수 있다.
