한국전문대학교육협의회법 제8조(사무총장)

① 총회 및 이사회에서 위임한 사항과 협의회의 업무를 집행하기 위하여 협의회에 사무총장을 둔다.

② 사무총장은 이사회에서 선출하되, 교육부장관의 승인을 받아 회장이 임명한다. 사무총장은 소속 직원을 감독하고, 회장 또는 이사회에서 위임한 범위에서 협의회의 업무를 총괄한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
