한국장학재단 설립 등에 관한 법률 제35조(손해금)

① 재단은 보증채무를 이행한 경우에 해당 채무자로부터 그 이행한 금액에 대하여 연이율 100분의 20을 초과하지 아니하는 범위에서 재단이 보증채무를 이행한 날부터 주채무자가 이를 변제하는 날까지의 손해금을 징수할 수 있다.

② 재단은 구상채무를 일시상환 또는 분할상환하기로 약정을 체결한 채무자에 대하여는 손해금의 전부 또는 일부를 감면할 수 있다.
