한국자산관리공사 설립 등에 관한 법률 제9조(자본금)

① 공사의 자본금은 7조원으로 한다. <개정 2019.11.26, 2023.1.17>

② 공사의 자본금은 금융회사등이 출자하여야 한다.

(2) The^ð더 capital캐퍼틀 of어^v브 the^ð더 Corporation코퍼^r레이션 shall섈 be비 contributed컨트^r리뷰티드 by바이 financial^f퍼낸실 institutions,인스티투션즈 etc.엣세터^r러

③ 정부는 공사의 업무수행을 지원하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 공사에 출자하거나 필요한 경비를 지원할 수 있다.

④ 제2항에 따른 금융회사등의 출자금은 금융회사등의 총자산 또는 납입자본금의 규모 등을 고려하여 기관별로 정하되 출자금의 산정방법, 납입 시기 및 방법 등 출자금의 납입에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
