한국자산관리공사 설립 등에 관한 법률 제47조(감독)

① 금융위원회는 공사의 업무를 감독하며 그 감독상 필요한 명령을 할 수 있다. <개정 2021.8.17>

② 국가기관등은 법령에 따라 공사에 대행을 의뢰하거나 위임ㆍ위탁한 사무의 처리에 대하여 공사를 지휘ㆍ감독하며, 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 공사에 필요한 지시를 하거나 조치를 명할 수 있다. <신설 2021.8.17>
