한국자산관리공사 설립 등에 관한 법률 제30조(업무계획, 예산 및 결산)

① 공사의 업무계획 및 예산은 매 회계연도가 시작되기 전까지 위원회의 의결을 거쳐 확정하여야 한다.

② 공사의 결산보고서는 매 회계연도가 끝난 후 3개월 이내에 위원회의 의결을 거쳐 주주총회의 승인을 받아야 한다. <개정 2021.8.17>

(2) The^ð더 settlement세털먼트 report^r리포트 of어^v브 the^ð더 Corporation코퍼^r레이션 shall섈 be비 approved어프^r루^v브드 by바이 the^ð더 general제너^r럴 meeting미팅 of어^v브 shareholders셰어호울더즈 after애^f프터 a어 resolution^r레절루션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 within위^ð딘 three^θ쓰^r리 months먼^θ쓰 after애^f프터 the^ð디 end엔드 of어^v브 each이치 fiscal^f피스클 year.이어

③ 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 업무계획, 예산 및 결산보고서는 위원회의 의결 또는 주주총회의 승인 후 지체 없이 금융위원회에 제출하여야 한다.
