한국자산관리공사 설립 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제27조(총액인수 및 매출의 방법)

① 총액인수의 방법으로 채권을 발행하는 경우에는 제26조를 적용하지 아니한다. 채권 모집을 위탁받은 자가 채권의 일부를 인수하는 경우 그 인수분에 대해서도 또한 같다.

② 공사는 매출의 방법으로 채권을 발행하려는 경우에는 제26조제1항제1호부터 제6호까지의 사항과 매출기간을 미리 공고하여야 한다.
