한국은행법 시행령 제11조(위원추천사무)

①총재는 법 제13조제1항제3호 및 제5호 내지 제7호의 규정에 의한 금융통화위원회 위원의 임기가 만료되는 때에는 그 임기가 만료되기 30일전까지 당해 위원의 추천기관에 대하여 위원후보자의 추천을 요청하여야 한다. <개정 2003.12.30>

②총재는 제1항의 규정에 의한 위원중 궐원이 생긴 경우에는 지체없이 당해 위원의 추천기관에 대하여 위원후보자의 추천을 요청하여야 한다.
