한국수출입은행법 제9조의2(이사회)

① 수출입은행에 이사회를 둔다.

(1) The^ð더 Bank뱅크 shall섈 have해^v브 a어 board보드 of어^v브 directors.더^r렉터즈

② 이사회는 은행장ㆍ전무이사와 이사로 구성하고, 수출입은행의 업무에 관한 중요 사항을 의결한다.

(2) The^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 shall섈 be비 composed컴포우즈드 of어^v브 the^ð더 President,프^r레저덴트 the^ð더 Managing매너징 Director,더^r렉터 and앤드 the^ð더 directors,더^r렉터즈 and앤드 shall섈 resolve^r리잘^v브 on안 important임포턴트 matters매터즈 concerning컨서닝 the^ð더 business비즈니스 of어^v브 the^ð더 Bank.뱅크

③ 이사회는 은행장이 소집하고, 그 의장이 된다.

(3) The^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 shall섈 be비 convened컨^v빈드 by바이 the^ð더 President,프^r레저덴트 who후 shall섈 serve서^v브 as애즈 its잇츠 chairperson.체어퍼슨

④ 이사회는 구성원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석구성원 3분의 2 이상의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(4) The^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 its잇츠 members멤버즈 and앤드 shall섈 adopt어답트 resolutions^r레절루션즈 by바이 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 at앳 least리스트 two-thirds투-^θ써즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑤ 감사는 이사회에 출석하여 의견을 진술할 수 있다.
