한국수출입은행법 시행령 제12조의4(회의)

① 위원회의 회의는 정관에서 정하는 바에 따라 의장이 소집한다.

(1) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 convened컨^v빈드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation.인코퍼^r레이션

② 의장은 재적위원 과반수나 감사가 요구하면 지체 없이 회의를 소집하여야 한다.

(2) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 a어 meeting미팅 without위^ð다웃 delay딜레이 if이^f프 requested^r리퀘스티드 by바이 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 or오 by바이 the^ð디 auditor.오디터

③ 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 시작하고 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(3) Meetings미팅즈 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members,멤버즈 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 adopted어답티드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

④ 위원회의 의결에서 해당 의안에 이해관계가 있는 위원은 의결권을 행사하지 못한다.
