한국수자원공사법 제29조(강제징수)

① 공사는 제15조 및 제16조에 따른 부당이득금ㆍ가산금ㆍ요금 및 사용료(이하 "사용료등"이라 한다)를 내야 할 의무가 있는 자가 기한까지 그 사용료등을 내지 아니하면 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 해당 지역을 관할하는 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장에게 그 사용료등의 징수를 위탁할 수 있다.

② 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장은 제1항에 따라 징수를 위탁받으면 지방세 체납처분의 예에 따라 사용료등을 징수할 수 있다. 이 경우 공사는 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장이 징수한 금액의 100분의 10에 해당하는 금액을 그 시(특별시ㆍ광역시를 포함한다)ㆍ군 또는 구에 지급하여야 한다.
