Enforcement Decree of the Human Resources Development Service of Korea Act, Article 2 (Registration of Incorporation)

① 「한국산업인력공단법」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제3조에 따른 한국산업인력공단(이하 "공단"이라 한다)의 설립등기는 정관을 인가받은 날부터 3주일 이내에 하여야 한다.
