한국산업은행법 제29조의6(기간산업안정기금운용심의회의 설치 등)

① 기간산업안정기금에 관한 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의하기 위하여 한국산업은행에 기간산업안정기금운용심의회를 둔다.

② 기간산업안정기금운용심의회는 금융ㆍ경제 또는 산업에 관하여 풍부한 경험이 있거나 탁월한 지식을 가진 7명 이내의 위원(국회 소관 상임위원회에서 추천하는 사람 2명을 포함한다)으로 구성한다.
