한국산업안전보건공단법 시행령 제3조(분사무소의 설치등기)

공단은 법 제3조제2항에 따라 분사무소(법 제26조에 따른 산하기관을 포함한다. 이하 같다)를 설치한 경우에는 설치 후 3주일 이내에 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 설치된 분사무소의 명칭, 소재지 및 설치 연월일을 등기해야 한다.
