Korea Real Estate Board Act, Article 6 (Articles of Association)

① 부동산원의 정관에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다. <개정 2020.6.9>

② 부동산원은 정관을 작성하여 국토교통부장관의 인가를 받아야 한다. 인가받은 정관을 변경할 때에도 또한 같다. <개정 2020.6.9>
