Enforcement Decree of the Korea Real Estate Board Act, Article 9 (Registration of Appointment of Agents)

① 부동산원은 원장이 법 제10조에 따라 대리인을 선임한 경우에는 선임 후 2주일 이내에 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 다음 각 호의 사항을 등기해야 한다. 등기한 사항이 변경된 경우에도 또한 같다. <개정 2020.12.8, 2025.1.21>
