한국보훈복지의료공단법 제24조의3(업무의 위탁)

① 공단은 제6조제1호의 사업과 관련하여 제16조에 따라 국가가 부담하는 비용의 적정성에 대한 심사ㆍ조정업무 등 업무의 일부를 관계 전문기관에 위탁할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 공단이 위탁할 수 있는 업무의 범위 및 위탁받을 수 있는 기관은 대통령령으로 정한다.
