① 공사의 주된 사무소의 소재지는 정관으로 정한다.

③ 공사는 분사무소에 지역농어업인의 대표로 구성되는 운영대의원회를 두며, 주사무소에 운영대의원회의 대표로 구성되는 자문기구를 둔다. 운영대의원회의 구성과 운영에 관한 사항은 공사의 정관으로 정한다.
