한국농어촌공사 및 농지관리기금법 제24조의6(농지연금수급전용계좌)

① 공사는 농지연금 수급자의 신청이 있는 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 금액 이하의 농지연금을 수급자 명의의 지정된 계좌(이하 "농지연금수급전용계좌"라 한다)로 입금하여야 한다. 다만, 정보통신장애나 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 불가피한 사유로 농지연금수급전용계좌로 이체할 수 없을 때에는 현금 지급 등 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 농지연금을 지급할 수 있다.

② 농지연금수급전용계좌가 개설된 금융기관은 농지연금만이 농지연금수급전용계좌에 입금되도록 관리하여야 한다.
