한국농어촌공사 및 농지관리기금법 시행령 제19조의16(농지연금수급전용계좌의 신청 방법 및 절차)

① 법 제24조의6제1항 본문에 따라 농지연금을 수급자 명의의 지정된 계좌(이하 "농지연금수급전용계좌"라 한다)로 지급받으려는 사람은 제19조의10제1항에 따른 농지연금지원약정을 체결할 때 공사가 정하는 농지연금지원약정서에 수급자 명의의 농지연금수급전용계좌를 기재하고, 통장(계좌번호가 기재된 면을 말한다) 사본을 첨부하여 공사에 제출해야 한다. 농지연금수급전용계좌를 변경하려는 경우에도 또한 같다.

② 법 제24조의6제1항 단서에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 불가피한 사유"란 농지연금수급전용계좌가 개설된 금융기관의 폐업ㆍ업무정지 등으로 정상영업이 불가능한 경우를 말한다.

③ 공사는 법 제24조의6제1항 단서에 따라 농지연금을 농지연금수급전용계좌로 이체할 수 없을 때에는 농지연금수급자의 신청에 따라 다른 금융기관에 개설된 농지연금수급전용계좌로 이체해야 한다. 다만, 다른 농지연금수급전용계좌로도 이체할 수 없는 경우에는 수급자 본인의 주민등록증(모바일 주민등록증을 포함한다) 등 신분증명서의 확인을 거쳐 농지연금을 직접 현금으로 지급할 수 있다. <개정 2024.12.3>
