한국국토정보공사법 제3조(등기)

① 공사는 그 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 설립등기를 함으로써 성립한다.

② 공사의 설립등기와 그 밖에 등기에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.

(2) Matters매터즈 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 the^ð더 registration^r레지스트^r레이션 of어^v브 incorporation인코퍼^r레이션 and앤드 other어^ð더 registrations^r레지스트^r레이션즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Corporation코퍼^r레이션 shall섈 be비 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree.디크^r리
