한국국제협력단법 제14조(공무원의 파견)

① 협력단은 그 목적을 달성하기 위하여 특히 필요한 경우에는 외교부장관을 거쳐 국가기관에 공무원의 파견을 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 제1항에 따라 파견 요청을 받은 기관의 장은 그 소속 공무원을 협력단에 파견할 수 있다.
