한국국제보건의료재단법 제8조(임원)

①재단에 이사장 1인을 포함한 15인 이내의 이사와 감사 1인을 둔다. <개정 2016.2.3>

(1) The^ð더 Foundation^f파운데이션 shall섈 have해^v브 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 15 directors,더^r렉터즈 including인클루딩 one원 chairperson,체어퍼슨 and앤드 one원 auditor.오디터

(2) Officers오^f퍼서즈 other어^ð더 than^ð댄 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 and앤드 the^ð더 director더^r렉터 concurrently컨커^r런틀리 serving서^v빙 as애즈 secretary세크^r러테^r리 general제너^r럴 shall섈 be비 non-full-time.난-^f풀-타임

③재단의 이사장은 보건복지부장관의 제청에 의하여 대통령이 임명한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18, 2016.2.3>

(3) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Foundation^f파운데이션 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 by바이 the^ð더 President프^r레저덴트 upon어판 the^ð더 request^r리퀘스트 of어^v브 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Health헬^θ스 and앤드 Welfare.웰^f페어

④이사는 대통령령이 정하는 5인 이내의 당연직 이사를 제외하고는 이사장의 추천에 의하여 보건복지부장관이 임명한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18, 2016.2.3>

⑤사무총장은 이사 중에서 이사장이 이사회의 동의를 얻어 임명한다. <개정 2016.2.3>

(5) The^ð더 secretary세크^r러테^r리 general제너^r럴 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 directors더^r렉터즈 with위^ð드 the^ð더 consent컨센트 of어^v브 the^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors.더^r렉터즈

⑧감사의 임기는 3년으로 하되, 1차에 한하여 연임할 수 있다.
