한국국제교류재단법 제9조(임원의 직무)

① 이사장은 재단을 대표하고 재단의 업무를 총괄하며, 소속 직원을 지휘ㆍ감독한다.

(1) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 represent^r레프^r리젠트 the^ð더 Foundation,^f파운데이션 oversee오우^v버시 its잇츠 affairs,어^f페어즈 and앤드 direct더^r렉트 and앤드 supervise수퍼^v바이즈 its잇츠 employees.엠플로이이즈

② 상근이사는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 재단의 사무를 나누어 맡으며, 이사장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 정관으로 정하는 순서에 따라 직무를 대행한다.

(2) Full-time^f풀-타임 directors더^r렉터즈 shall섈 share셰어 the^ð디 affairs어^f페어즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Foundation^f파운데이션 as애즈 determined디터먼드 by바이 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation인코퍼^r레이션 and,앤드 where웨어 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 is이즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 his히즈 or오 her허 duties두티즈 for^f포 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 reasons,^r리즌즈 shall섈 act액트 on안 his히즈 or오 her허 behalf비해^f프 in인 the^ð디 order오더 determined디터먼드 by바이 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation.인코퍼^r레이션

③ 감사는 재단의 업무 및 회계를 감사한다.

(3) The^ð디 auditor오디터 shall섈 audit오딧 the^ð디 affairs어^f페어즈 and앤드 accounts어카운츠 of어^v브 the^ð더 Foundation.^f파운데이션
