한국교직원공제회법 제16조(임원의 직무)

① 이사장은 공제회를 대표하고 공제회의 운영과 사무를 총괄한다.

② 이사는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 공제회의 업무를 나누어 맡아 처리하며, 이사장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 직무를 대행한다.

(2) Directors더^r렉터즈 shall섈 share셰어 and앤드 handle핸들 the^ð디 affairs어^f페어즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 as애즈 determined디터먼드 by바이 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation인코퍼^r레이션 and,앤드 where웨어 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 is이즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 his히즈 or오 her허 duties두티즈 for^f포 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 reasons,^r리즌즈 shall섈 act액트 on안 his히즈 or오 her허 behalf비해^f프 as애즈 determined디터먼드 by바이 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation.인코퍼^r레이션

③ 감사는 공제회의 회계와 업무집행상황을 감사(監査)한다.
