한국교육방송공사법 제5조(정관의 기재사항)

① 공사의 정관에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다. <개정 2015.12.22>

② 공사가 정관을 변경하려는 경우에는 「방송통신위원회의 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률」에 따른 방송통신위원회(이하 "방송통신위원회"라 한다)의 인가를 받아야 한다.

(2) Where웨어 the^ð더 System시스텀 intends인텐즈 to투 amend어멘드 its잇츠 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation,인코퍼^r레이션 it잇 shall섈 obtain어브테인 approval어프^r루^v블 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Communications커뮤너케이션즈 Commission커미션 under언더 the^ð디 Act액트 on안 the^ð디 Establishment이스태블리시먼트 and앤드 Operation아퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Communications커뮤너케이션즈 Commission커미션 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "Korea코^r리아 Communications커뮤너케이션즈 Commission").커미션

③ 방송통신위원회는 제2항에 따른 인가의 신청을 받은 날부터 30일 이내에 인가 여부를 공사에 통지하여야 한다. <신설 2019.12.10>

(3) The^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Communications커뮤너케이션즈 Commission커미션 shall섈 notify노우터^f파이 the^ð더 System시스텀 whether웨^ð더 it잇 approves어프^r루^v브즈 within위^ð딘 30 days데이즈 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 date데잇 of어^v브 receiving^r러시^v빙 an앤 application애플러케이션 for^f포 approval어프^r루^v블 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2).

④ 방송통신위원회가 제3항에서 정한 기간 내에 인가 여부 또는 민원 처리 관련 법령에 따른 처리기간의 연장을 공사에 통지하지 아니하면 그 기간(민원 처리 관련 법령에 따라 처리기간이 연장 또는 재연장된 경우에는 해당 처리기간을 말한다)이 끝난 날의 다음 날에 인가한 것으로 본다. <신설 2019.12.10>
