Korea Educational Broadcasting System Act, Article 17 (Appointment and Dismissal of Employees)
공사의 직원은 정관에서 정하는 바에 따라 사장이 임면(任免)한다.
Employees of the System shall be appointed and dismissed by the president as prescribed by the articles of incorporation.
