한국교육방송공사법 제15조(이사 및 임직원의 직무상 의무)

① 공사의 이사 및 임원은 공사와 거래를 할 수 없으며, 이사는 본인 또는 「민법」 제777조에 규정된 친족관계에 있는 사람의 이해와 관련된 사항에 대해서는 이사회의 심의ㆍ의결에 관여할 수 없다.

(1) Directors더^r렉터즈 and앤드 officers오^f퍼서즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 System시스텀 may메이 not낫 engage엔게이지 in인 transactions트^r랜잭션즈 with위^ð드 the^ð더 System,시스텀 and앤드 a어 director더^r렉터 may메이 not낫 participate파티서페잇 in인 the^ð더 board's보즈 deliberation딜리버^r레이션 and앤드 resolution^r레절루션 on안 matters매터즈 related^r릴레이티드 to투 the^ð디 interests인트^r러스츠 of어^v브 the^ð더 director더^r렉터 or오 of어^v브 a어 relative^r렐러티^v브 under언더 Article아터클 777 of어^v브 the^ð더 Civil시^v블 Act.액트

② 공사의 임원 및 직원은 그 직무 외의 영리를 목적으로 하는 직무에 종사하지 못한다.

③ 공사의 이사ㆍ임원 또는 직원이나 그 직에 있었던 사람은 직무상 알게 된 비밀을 누설하거나 도용하여서는 아니 된다.
