한국고용노동교육원법 제19조(직원의 파견 요청 등)

① 교육원은 그 목적의 달성을 위하여 필요한 경우에는 고용노동부장관의 승인을 받아 국가기관ㆍ지방자치단체ㆍ연구기관 또는 공공단체에 직원의 파견을 요청할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 직원의 파견을 요청받은 국가기관 등의 장은 그 소속 직원을 교육원에 파견할 수 있다.
