학생군사교육실시령 제11조의2(보상)

이 영에 의한 군사교육을 받는 사람으로서 그 군사교육이 직접 원인이 되어 사망하거나 부상한 경우 그 유족 및 부상한 사람에 대하여 「병역법」 제75조제5항의 규정에 의한 보상을 함에 있어서는 이를 각각 「국가유공자 등 예우 및 지원에 관한 법률」의 규정에 의한 유족 및 공상군경으로 본다. <개정 1994.10.6, 1997.9.30, 2006.7.21, 2015.7.20>
