학교체육 진흥법 시행령 제10조(중앙위원회의 운영)

① 위원장은 중앙위원회의 회의를 소집하고, 그 의장이 된다.

② 중앙위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(2) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Central센트^r럴 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members,멤버즈 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 adopted어답티드 by바이 the^ð디 affirmative어^f퍼머티^v브 vote^v보우트 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

③ 중앙위원회의 업무를 효율적으로 수행하기 위하여 필요하면 중앙위원회에 분과위원회를 둘 수 있다.

④ 중앙위원회에 출석한 위원에게는 예산의 범위에서 수당과 여비를 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 공무원인 위원이 그 소관 업무와 직접 관련되어 출석한 경우에는 수당과 여비를 지급하지 아니한다.

⑤ 이 영에서 규정한 사항 외에 중앙위원회 및 분과위원회의 구성ㆍ운영에 필요한 사항은 중앙위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.
