학교용지 확보 등에 관한 특례법 제6조(시ㆍ도 부담 경비의 재원)

① 시ㆍ도는 학교용지를 확보하기 위하여 제4조제4항에 따라 시ㆍ도의 일반회계가 부담하는 경비를 다음 각 호의 재원으로 조달할 수 있다. <개정 2017.3.21>

② 제4조제1항 및 제2항에 따라 학교용지를 확보할 수 없는 경우에는 가까운 곳에 있는 학교를 증축하기 위하여 필요한 경비를 시ㆍ도의 일반회계와 제5조의4에 따른 학교용지부담금특별회계에서 2분의 1을, 시ㆍ도 교육비특별회계에서 2분의 1을 각각 부담한다. <개정 2017.3.21, 2024.12.20>

③ 시ㆍ도지사는 제2항에 따라 부담하는 금액을 각각 시ㆍ도의 일반회계와 제5조의4에 따른 학교용지부담금특별회계 예산에 계상하여 교육감의 전출요청이 있는 때로부터 다음 회계연도 내 시ㆍ도 교육비특별회계로 전출하여야 한다. <신설 2024.12.20>
